Rachael has been with the Foundation since 2019 and is an experienced community and international development worker. She has a background in partnership development and program management roles working both in Australia and internationally, including in Myanmar, Bangladesh and Fiji. She has an interest in community engagement, and specific experience working in women's rights, and prevention of violence and access to justice programming.
