Diane Herz is a former CEO and researcher with a distinguished background in leadership, and applied research. With decades of experience spanning public and private sectors in both the United States and Australia, Diane has led multidisciplinary teams, overseen complex projects, and shaped programs aimed at positive social and economic impact.
As a Chief Diversity Officer, Diane led efforts to build inclusive cultures and high engagement within organizations. She now advances them as a coach, consultant and Board director. As a US expat, Diane has also undertaken an immigration journey.
